Chen Style 56 Step Competition Form
The Taolu Competition Form is based upon the Old Frame first and second routines. This DVD set demonstrates and teaches the form in incredible detail.
These DVDs are currently available in NTSC format.


Silk Reeling & Foundation Exercises
This DVD provides a good introduction to Taijiquan foundation exercises and Silk-Reeling exercises. Contents of this DVD include:

18 Movement Chen Style Taijiquan Form
The 18 Movement Form was created by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, Master Wang Hai-Jun's teacher. All the movements in the 18 Movement Form are taken from the Old Style First Routine (Lao Jia Yi Lu). It is short, easy to learn, and is a good health maintenance form with silk-reeling (spiraling) movement at its core.
This DVD contains four sections:
Hand shapes, silk-reeling, and stances
18 Movement Form demonstration
18 Movement Form Instruction
18 Movement Form filmed from diagonal

Lao Jia Yi Lu Volume 1
This DVD contains a description of Master Wang Hai-Jun's background and training, and a brief introduction to Lao Jia Yi Lu. Contents include:
Form Instruction - from the beginning through Step 39 (Xiao Qin Da - Small Trap and Strike)
Form Demonstration (first half)
This DVD is currently available in PAL format.

 
Lao Jia Yi Lu Volume 2
The introduction of this DVD is the same as Volume 1. Contents include:
Form Instruction - Step 40 (Bao Tou Tui Shan - Hold the Head and Push the Mountain) and continuing to the end of the form
Form Demonstration (entire form)
